Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes. We paint new custom and stick-built homes for builders and contractors, and commercial spaces too. Email plans or schedules to ryan@paintwithember.com, or tell us about the project in the estimate request.
Do you work with real estate agents?
Yes. We paint for real estate agents getting a listing ready to sell or close, inside and out. Tell us your listing or closing date and we'll work to get in when you need it done. Call or text Ryan at (208) 929-2928, or send a request.
Do you paint homes people are living in?
Yes. We take real care in lived-in homes. We move the furniture, protect floors and lived-in areas, and work room by room, putting the key rooms back together each day so they're usable at night. Pets are fine, we'll plan around them, and kids' rooms go first or last, your call.
Is the estimate free?

Where do you work?
North Idaho and Eastern Washington: Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and the communities around them. We also paint in Athol, Spirit Lake and Harrison and around the lake. Sandpoint, Kellogg and the Silver Valley are for larger projects, and areas north and south of Spokane are case by case.
